Beat Usage Terms & Credit Acknowledgment

By purchasing this beat, the buyer agrees to the following terms:

1. Mandatory Credit: The buyer must provide explicit credit for the production of the beat in all commercial and non-commercial uses. The credit should be prominently displayed and must include either "Produced by Chieftaine" or "Produced by Casper, the Producer", depending on the specific beat purchased.

2. Usage Rights: The purchase of this beat does not include exclusive rights. The buyer is allowed to use the beat for recording, performances, videos, promo, etc. For exclusive rights, the buyer must contact Chieftaine for renegotiation.

3. Restrictions: The buyer is not permitted to resell, redistribute, or claim sole production credit for the beat.

4. Revenue Sharing/Profit: The buyer must share 30% profit to Chieftaine for the use of the beat on All Digital Streaming Platforms.

5. Project File, Stems, & Tags: The purchase of this beat does not include the original project file or the stems. The beat will contain the existing tags unless exclusive rights are purchased, in which case tags will be minimal and placed per the purchaser request. Removing the tags could result in legal action for breach of contract.

6. Legal Recourse : Failure to adhere to these terms may result in legal action for breach of contract.
